10:00 – 11:00 10 minute presentation by each group (one slide on high level lunar discussions,
rest on themes, objectives, issues/enablers, actions for each group). Please note
that this is a guideline. If this does not adequately capture the discussions and
work your team has performed, please choose a different structure which works
for you!
DELIVERABLE: PPT
11:00 – 12:00 Roundtable discussion. Each presenter will sit up front, and there will be on
hour of question/answer time.
  12:00 – 1:00 Lunch. Speaker: Pete Worden
1:00 – 2:30 Breakout into your working groups. We will spend the last working group session
focusing on the “word document” or the “Final Product” in the drupal tool. This is
essentially capturing the content in words (or spreadsheets) of your deliberations.
A report team will take this product and put it in the final proceedings document.
DELIVERABLE: “Final Product”

There are two new working groups for this session: (1) NGEC declaration and (2)
NGEC response to ESMD on the Lunar portion of the Global Exploration Strategy.
If you can please find one, or two, representatives from your working group to go
to this session, that would help to interpret the deliberations of your group to
synthesize the content into palatable, relevent documents. The working group at
this point will organize a work plan for the next two weeks to get to this document

2:30 – 3:00 Final Words; wrap-up. We will meet back in the plenary for last words and
comments.
  3:00 – 3:30 Free
3:30 – 5:30 Cooper Winery tour. Please bring your car to the parking lot of Building 3 and we
will have a ride share over to the winery. We will print out maps and details.
